I have always enjoyed the squishy feeling of mud. Being a self-taught potter, my approach to clay is far more earthy than cerebral. Clay asks to be touched so my goal is to make functional pieces that feel good in your hands. Much of my work is decorated with the Chinese brush strokes my mother taught me. My intent is to bring art to your family table every day.
