Nancy Lane Studio

 

Nancy Lane has painted the people, animals, and landscapes of
her upstate NY home for more than 30 years. Watercolor and oils
are her mediums of choice. Her paintings use light and shadow to
suggest emotion, portraying a deeply felt connection to nature.

Her career as a picture book illustrator spans 30 years,
culminating in the release of A Warbler’s Journey in 2022. In
addition to being a popular art instructor, Nancy also shows her paintings in local galleries; regional and national juried exhibitions; as well as private and corporate collections.
