The Folk Art Guild began over 50 years ago. Today, the Woodshop at the Guild community produces handcrafted hardwood furniture, whimsical folk toys, kitchenware, and turned plates and bowls.

Woodturning has become our passion as we explore the timeless partnership between tree and man. From functional salad bowls to artistic vessels, our output runs the range. We will demonstrate woodturning during the Open Studio weekend.
Teaching the ways of craft is central to our approach. Whether working with apprentices on a daily basis or offering a day-long turning class, learning is at the heart.
